What initially brought me to Fitness Revolution was that I wanted a workout where I could actually see results. i had a gym memberships and was doing group fitness classes such as Zumba or spin cycle class. Although these were fun, I didnt see any results, so I began searching for workout programs on google and I found a Groupon for Fitness Revolution and Ive been here ever since.
My main goals were to lose about 10-20lbs and to tone and mostly develop a healthier lifestyle. My successes are numerous... I have lost about 13 lbs, I have gained healthier eating habits, I now realize the importance of nutrition, I'm stronger, more toned and the biggest success is that I reversed my osteopenia and my the density of my bones have now returned to normal thanks to my strength training and workouts with Fitness Revolution.
My favorite thing about Fitness Revolution is that although it is a group setting it feels like one on one personal training. I love how Dexter modifies the workouts specifically to each individual needs and we Fitness Revolution also feels like one big happy family. I make time to exercise by making sure its apart of my daily routine. I prefer the 5:30pm class because its easier for me to workout right after work. The more results I see, the more I want to continue to work out and live a healthier lifestyle.
